Warranty Information

elfAudio warrants this product against all defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase provided it was purchased from an Authorized elfAudio Dealer.

The conditions of this warranty and the extent of the responsibility of elfAudio under this warranty are as follows:

  1. DATED PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED FOR WARRANTY SERVICE OF THIS PRODUCT. Information about elfAudio authorized warranty service may be obtained at elfaudio.com or by contacting or writing elfAudio at the address listed below.
  2. This warranty will become void if service is performed by anyone other than an approved elfAudio Warranty Service Center.
  3. This Limited Warranty only covers product issues caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship during ordinary consumer use; it does not cover product issues caused by any other reason, including but not limited to products issues due to commercial use, acts of God, misuse, limitations of technology, or modifications of or to any part of the elfAudio products. This Limited Warranty does not cover elfAudio products sold AS IS or WITH ALL FAULTS or consumables (such as fuses or batteries). This Limited Warranty is invalid if the factory-applied serial number or warranty sticker has been altered or removed from the product. This Limited Warranty is valid only in the United States.
  4. This warranty does not apply to any product which has been connected, installed, adjusted or repaired other than in accordance with the operations manual furnished by elfAudio.
  5. This warranty does not cover static shock, electrical interference, water damage, adjustments or labor costs for the removal or reinstallation of the unit for repair.
  6. The sole responsibility of elfAudio under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement thereof, at the sole discretion of elfAudio.
  7. If it becomes necessary to send the product or any defective part to elfAudio. or an authorized service station, the product must be shipped in its original or equivalent carton, with shipping charges prepaid. elfAudio will not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred in shipping.
  8. This warranty is not transferable and protects the original purchaser provided they reside and made their purchase in the United States. International consumers may contact their local retailer or distributor for warranty information.
  9. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHALL HAVE NO GREATER DURATION THAN THE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL elfAudio BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
  10. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
  11. Electronics: 1-year defective exchange or replacement at the sole discretion of elfAudio.

To process any warranty claim, elfAudio. will require the dated proof of purchase, which must specifically show the model and that installation was provided for the product in question.
